BORN TO SHOOT THE WORLD AROUND ME
I am a wife to a wonderful, and may I add, handsome man. We have two amazing daughters together who challenge us daily. I am a Registered and Licensed Dietitian, who likes chocolate on just about everything. And I am passionate about photography. Oh, and I get attached to my clients. Like, I will probably hug you…a lot. Oh, and I get distracted easily. Very easily. I might lecture you on the importance of printing your photos during our session too… really, PRINT THEM! And my heart is on my sleeve. Always.

Why Lauren Schierloh Photography?
After my girls were born, I realized that most family photos I have, I am not in. I have been on the “wrong side” of the lens… I have been the one behind the camera trying to capture the moments that are flying by us so quickly. When I look at a photograph, I remember all the details… what my kids said right before I snapped the picture, where we were, and how I felt knowing that brief moment would not happen again… no matter how hard I tried to recreate it!
